Pumpkin Face Mask Recipes

Ingredients

1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree

2 Tbsp vanilla yogurt or sour cream

1 Tbsp honey

Directions

Stir all ingredients together to form a smooth paste.

Spread 1 Tbsp of mask on to face and neck.

Avoid delicate areas of eyes and mouth.

Leave on for 15 minutes.

Rinse and pat dry.

Excess mask should keep in the fridge for 2 weeks.

Papaya Pumpkin Enzyme Mask

This invigorating face mask offers a double dose of skin exfoliationg enzymes from papaya and pumpkin. If you have sensitive skin, test the mixture on your hand first.

Ingredients

2/3 cup fresh papaya, mashed

15 oz can of pure pumpkin

1 egg, beaten until frothy

Directions

Cut the papaya in half, removing seeds.

Scoop out the papaya fruit and mash, and then mix in the egg.

Add the pumpkin and whip ingredients together.

Apply mask to clean face, avoiding eye area.

Leave on for 10 minutes.

Rinse and apply moisturizer.

Pumpkin Mask for Acne

This simple peel is the perfect pumpkin mask for acne.

Ingredients

1/2 cup fresh pumpkin, pureed

Directions

Apply pumpkin onto face.

Leave on for 15-20 minutes.

Rinse and pat dry.
